Sales Representative - Outbound Calls & Transfers (Remote)**Job Type**: Full-Time (Remote / Contract)Role OverviewWe are hiring **Sales Representatives / Lead Generators** to make outbound calls to homeowners and transfer qualified interest to a senior sales team.This role is designed for individuals who want to build real sales experience, develop strong communication skills, and advance into higher-paying sales or leadership roles through performance.This is **not a closing role**.
Your responsibility is to dial, qualify, and send clean transfers.
**Responsibilities**:- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective homeowners- Clearly introduce clean energy solutions using provided scripts- Qualify homeowners and gather basic information- Transfer interested and qualified prospects to senior sales reps- Accurately update notes and dispositions in the CRM- Hit daily and weekly activity and transfer targets- Maintain consistency, professionalism, and call quality**Requirements**:- Previous cold-calling, call center,
