**Position Purpose**:Works closely with business leaders and managers to align HR initiatives with the organization ́s objectives.Executes the effective end-to-end delivery of the HR function for given customer/business group through versátil and pragmatic solutions in support of the business plan.
- Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:- Provide HR guidance on a wide range of matters including, but not limited to, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Performance Management, Administrative and Personnel Services support.
