****Location: Monterrey****EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline.MBA a plus.
- Six Sigma - Lean Leader Certification preferred.
- Bilingual: English - Spanish, Excellent communications skills.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience as Managerial positions / 7 Yrs as Plant Manager in manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience of P&L; and financial indicators management, Facility capital planning, budgeting, strategic planning, and resources allocations.
- IATF *****, VDA 6.3, ISO ****, ISO*****, CTPAT and Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
- Expertise in working with world-class principles, lean manufacturing techniques, deploying and sustaining a production system and significant change management efforts.
- Strong leadership management skills, staff supervisory experience, leading teams.
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example, Strong team building, Negotiation, decision-making and people management skills.Pay: From $1.00 per dayWork Location: In person
