The RoleYou will support the transformation of quality audit processes through digital tools and data-driven insights.This role focuses on digitizing release audits, analyzing quality trends in real time, identifying critical manufacturing issues, and improving quality documentation to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.What You'll Do (Impact Areas)Audit Digitalization & AutomationSupport the development and implementation of digital release audit processes.Create and maintain digital forms, workflows, and reporting solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Excel, and Power BI.Improve data collection efficiency and visibility of quality audit results.Data Analysis & Quality InsightsMonitor audit findings and quality defects in real time.Analyze trends, recurring issues, and process deviations to identify opportunities for improvement.Generate dashboards, alerts, and reports to support decision‐making and proactive issue resolution.Failure Analysis & Process ImprovementAssist in the identification of critical molds, machines, and manufacturing processes based on audit results and defect trends.Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions.Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality performance.Documentation ManagementReview, update, and standardize quality documents, procedures, work instructions,
