and managing escalations._- _ Leading successfully small to medium-sized projects with cross-functional teams from initiation to completion in a fast-moving environment._- _ Participating in project planning sessions and contributing to timelines and deliverables._- _ Participating in cross-departmental teams to deliver projects or initiatives._- _ Facilitating meetings between different teams to ensure alignment._- _ Effectively presenting project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders._- _ Preparing reports or presentations summarizing project progress and outcomes._The experience we're looking to add to our team:- _ A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or sciences; MBA is preferred._- _ Advance English_- _ Senior experience in program _administration/management_ or related area._- _ Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFT),_- _ Solid understanding and management of Profit & Loss (P&L;).
