**Position Responsibilities**- Engage prospective customers through daily outreach (about 60+ phone calls) to recommend tailored business solutions from Uline's 43,000+ high-quality products.
- Document new client information using Uline's CRM software.
- Create new customer accounts and identify key purchasing contacts.
- Set up appointments for prospects to meet with Uline's Monterrey Sales team.
**Minimum Requirements**- Bachelor's degree.
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish)**:- 100% in both verbal and written forms **a plus.
**- Strong listening and empathy skills.
- 2+ years outbound sales call center experience.
- Industrial products experience **preferred.
**- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
