- Keep records, logs and information updated.
- Analyze data to help take critical decisions.
- Develop and maintain business relationship with customers.
- Drives and coordinates projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments.




- Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.
- May assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
- Direct contact with the customer.The experience we're looking to add to our team:- Bachelor degree in relevant field Experience.
- Fluid English able to establish communication at different levels.
- Good office skills: data entry, office software to include, word, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.
- Great leadership skills.
- Knowledge in SMT and Backend and DF processes.
