We are seeking for a strategic **Human Resources Director** to lead HR operations across Mexico and Centroamérica.This executive role will drive regional HR strategy, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and oversee talent acquisition, payroll governance, employee relations, and organizational development across multiple sites.
**Key Responsibilities**- Lead and execute the regional HR strategy aligned with business growth.
- Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor law.
- Oversee recruitment, payroll governance, employee relations, and talent management across all sites.
- Drive workforce planning, leadership development, and succession strategies.
- Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, culture, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure strong HR governance, audit readiness,



and regulatory compliance.
**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior or director-level roles.
- Proven expertise in NOM-035 implementation and Mexican Federal Labor Law.
- Experience managing multi-site or regional HR operations.
- Strong background in payroll oversight and talent acquisition leadership.
