Perform quality assurance on movie & TV metadata following defined guidelines
Review and curate content based on quality standards, style guides, and client requirements
Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines, including repetitive workflows
Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
Build and document solutions to improve processes and operational efficiency
Design and develop automation & AI-assisted tools (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership to implement improvements
YOU ARE A FIT IF YOU'RE...
Passionate about movies, TV shows, and the entertainment industry
Skilled in analyzing workflows and solving complex problems independently
Proficient in scripting/programming (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent)
Strong in spreadsheets (formulas, macros, data models)
Fluent in English (business or native level) with strong communication skills
Highly organized,



self-motivated, and comfortable with repetitive, high-volume tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with automation tools or AI-assisted workflows
Background in data operations, content review, or localization
Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering
Additional language proficiency (business level)
