**Created/Revised Date**: 04/06/2026**Anticipated Closing Date**: 5/1/2026**Job Title**: Distribution Center Associate**Location**: Guadalajara Mexico**Shift**: 1st ShiftSalary Pay Range**Employment Type**: Direct Hire**Schedule**: 1st Shift - Monday - Friday OT as needed**About the Role**:Performs a variety of distribution center activities related to one or more of the following processes: packing, shipping, receiving, orderfulfillment, stock handling, storing, distribution and inventory support.Provides high quality, cost effective, and efficient service to meetcurrent and future demands.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:Fulfills orders from stored inventory meeting customer requirements and inspection/testing processes.Ships orders withintime commitments and completes all documentation.Communicates with lead/supervisor regarding any fulfillment issues orproblems.Receives, unpacks, and inspects incoming materials and product, and verifies against written orders.Returns defectivematerials.Ensures documentation such as packing lists, shipping labels, and other such documents are complete, accurate andprocessed appropriately.Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various keyperformance metrics.Maintains and updates systems as required.
