Experience Requirements
Professional Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in IT operations, specifically supporting Networks, Traceability systems (such as 42Q), and ERP environments
Industry Background: Previous exposure to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Logistics environments
Project Exposure: Experience supporting system deployments, B2B data exchanges, and cross-departmental IT troubleshooting.

42Q Tools & MES Platforms
DOF Processes & Configurations
B2B Transactions (EDI & API)
Productivity Suites (MS Office & Google Workspace)
IT Networkterms, network diagrams
Supply Chain & Warehouse Processes
Languages: English B1-B2 (Intermediate-Upper Intermediate, capable of technical communication)
