We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Queretaro, Mexico for the Vehicle Motion Steering (VM-ST).
In this role, you'll take ownership of designing and developing innovative mechanical solutions for automotive industry.You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to transform complex technical requirements into robust, manufacturable designs that drive our organization forward.If you're passionate about mechanical engineering, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are committed to delivering excellence.
- Design and develop 3D mechanical concepts and comprehensive part lists for customized machines and equipment used in advanced manufacturing environments- Management of Engineering changes in coordination with other roles and departments- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical designs meet technical, functional, operational, and quality requirements- Manage and organize product data using Product Data Management (PDM) systems, including Creo Parametric & Windchill to maintain design integrity and traceability- Conduct on-site acceptance testing and validation at supplier facilities to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize designs, reduce costs, and enhance product performance- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings,
