Site Team Leader

KBR is seeking a Site Team Leader who will be responsible for leading on-site operations, overseeing the HSE, Engineering, Construction Management and Specialized Services activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. This role coordinates multidisciplinary teams, ensures alignment between engineering design and construction delivery, and drives performance across schedule, cost, safety, and quality objectives.

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Promote a strong safety culture and compliance with HSE policies
- Conduct regular safety walkdowns, audits, and risk assessments




- Coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Participates in safety incident investigations

Site Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and supervise on-site HSE, Engineering, Construction Management and Specialized Services teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for site-related activities
- Coordinate daily operations between engineering, procurement, and construction functions
- Promotes effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders

Engineering Oversight
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Coordinates the proper implementation of design requirements in the field
- Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical issues and field changes
- Monitor compliance with engineering standards and project specifications

Construction Management
- Oversee construction activities to achieve adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
