We’re looking for a Tech Director to drive enterprise-scale architecture and platform strategy, leading the design and delivery of highly scalable, cloud-native distributed systems for a major healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of highly available, scalable distributed systems.
- Define technical standards, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Design and build full-stack solutions in cloud-native environments.
- Provide technical leadership across teams (mentorship, design reviews,



code reviews).
- Partner with Product, Data, Security, and clients to translate business and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2) into technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and resilience for high-volume transactional systems.
- Architect detailed technical solutions aligned with project scope and domain requirements.
- Leverage cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) to build scalable and resilient systems.
- Lead technical discussions, solution workshops, and client briefings.
- Produce documentation and runbooks for delivered architectures and code.

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in one or more: Java, Python, Go, Kotlin, C#, Node.js.
- Experience in healthcare tech or fintech industries.
- Experience integrating with healthcare platforms (Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, NextGen, Allscripts, PointClickCare, Veeva, Medidata) is a plus.
