Your position

As a Manteinance Supervisor, you will report directly to the Head of Manteinance for the Tlalnepantla Plant and play an integral role in the team.

You will:
- Review and update maintenance plans in the system
- Perform maintenance shutdowns
- Track maintenance backlogs
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical)
- Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to increase availability and capacity
- Perform equipment failure analysis
- Contractor management
- Cost control
- Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.
- Manage the timely availability of spare parts and services for preventive maintenance work.
- Establish and develop equipment improvement,



replacement, and upgrade projects.
- Troubleshoot electrical, automation, control, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on plant equipment in all production areas.

Your profile
- 3-4 years of experience in maintenance required
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of SAP Previous professional experience will be valued.
