Job Summary
We are building a high-performing Commission Operations capability for LATAM,



and you will support the commission lifecycle by performing commission calculations, validations, reconciliations, and payment preparation activities. Working closely with Sales, Commercial, and Finance teams, you will help ensure commission transactions are processed accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with established procedures and controls.

Job Responsibilities
- Support commission calculation, validation, and payment preparation activities.
- Perform routine reconciliations and assist in investigating commission discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate commission records and supporting documentation.
- Process commission-related transactions in accordance with defined procedures and service levels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain information required for commission processing.
- Assist in monitoring commission-related issues and escalate complex cases when required.
