**Position Overview**We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cold Caller to support our cost segregation consulting business.This role focuses on outbound calling to prospective clients, gathering key property information, and scheduling meetings for further consultation.This is a high-volume, performance-driven role requiring strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
**Key Responsibilities**- Make approximately **100 outbound cold calls per day** to provided contact lists- Introduce services related to **cost segregation studies** clearly and professionally- Identify and qualify potential clients based on interest and eligibility- Gather relevant preliminary data (property type, ownership, purchase date, etc.)- Schedule qualified prospects directly onto the company calendar- Maintain accurate call notes and lead status updates in CRM or tracking system- Follow scripts and objection-handling guidelines while adapting to conversation flow- Consistently meet daily and weekly activity and appointment-setting targets**Qualifications**- Previous experience in cold calling,



telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not required)- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills- Comfortable handling high call volume and rejection- Organized and detail-oriented when collecting and entering data- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and consistency- Basic computer skills (CRM or scheduling tools experience is a plus)**Performance Metrics**- Number of calls completed per day (target: 100)- Qualified leads generated- Meetings scheduled per week**Compensation**- Base pay and commission on closed deals.
