Descripción y detalle de las actividadesLead, develop, and execute the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) strategy across the organization, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and corporate standards, while proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.Drive a strong safety culture through continuous improvement initiatives, training, and leadership engagement, contributing to operational excellence, sustainability, and the protection of employees, assets, and the environment.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5 to 10 years of experience in EHS.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in manufacturing industry (preferably metal-mechanic).
- Experience implementing and auditing ISO ***** and ISO ***** systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (STPS, SEMARNAT, Civil Protection or equivalent).




- Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of risk assessment tools (JSA, HAZOP, FMEA, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel).
- Experience with Power BI or reporting tools is a plus.
- Intermediate-advanced English (required).
- Strong leadership, effective communication, decision-making, analytical thinking, results-oriented mindset, proactivity, and influence skills.
