**Job Summary**:**Job summary**:- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _**_Master Scheduler _**_located in _**_Aguascalientes._**_ _- The _**_Master Scheduler _**_role involves_ _Responsible for working with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime._**What a typical day looks like**:- _ Create daily production _schedules _- _Supervise that deadlines are met._- _ Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization_- _ Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management_- _ Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues._- _ Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime_- _ Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials_- _ Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization_- _ Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage._- _ Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues._- _ Provide training to staff members as required._- _ Report key metrics as required._- _ Ensuring work orders are open and ready for processing by the production team._- _ Managing and controlling the aging of production orders._**The experience we're looking to add to our team**:- _ Bachelor or Engineer Degree._- _ Intermediate-Advance English_- _ Experience in production planning and control._- _ Senior-level experience in Excel._- _ Knowledge of BAAN (nice to have).
