**As a Bilingual Estimator at EVID Building Solutions, some of the activities include:- **Create detailed cost estimates covering materials, labor, and equipment.
**:- **Conduct site assessments to support accurate projections.
**:- **Review and adjust proposals based on client feedback or scope changes.
**:- **Monitor proposal budgets and resource needs.
**:- **Manage onboarding, transitions, and terminations of vendors.
**:- **Negotiate, coordinate and manage projects with service providers, ensuring their requests and needs are met.
**:- **Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
**:**Requirements**:- **Advanced English proficiency.
**:- **Must reside in Mexico.




**:- **1 year experience in providing customer service either via phone or in person and administrative tasks for US clients or Service providers**:- **Experience in construction or related fields (preferred US based companies)**:- **Proven experience in Project Management and Estimation (preferred US based companies)**:- **Desirable: Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
**:- **Excellent telephone manners and listening skills.
**:- **The ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
**:- **The ability to work in a team environment.
**:- **Detail oriented.
**:- **Laptop/PC with at least 8gb of RAM, Intel Core i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 (or equivalent), 256 gb available storage.
