**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**Senior Accountant with proven expertise in comprehensive accounting, team management, and tax compliance and declarations.This position requires a professional with solid academic training, leadership, and the ability to handle complex accounting operations in corporate environments.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- **Comprehensive Accounting & Tax Compliance**:- Financial statement consolidation and closing- ISR, IVA, and DIOT declarations and filings- SAT online portal and tax registry management- CFDI generation and control- Payroll processing and social security (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SINDO, SUA)- **Leadership & Management**:- Supervise and develop accounting team- Establish methodologies, standards, and controls- Process optimization and continuous improvement- **Internal Controls & Analysis**:- Design and implement internal controls- Bank and asset reconciliations- Fixed asset and inventory control- Internal audits- **Financial Reporting**:- Executive reports for Management- Financial and budgetary analysis- Cash flow projections**ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL PROFILE****Education**:- Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting or Finance- Current Professional License (Cédula Competente)- Desirable:
