Procurement Manager - Aviation Services (Mexico)**Join Our Team!
**We are seeking an experienced **Procurement Manager** to join our growing aviation services organization.This position is responsible for leading procurement operations, vendor management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and cost optimization while supporting multiple airport locations.
**IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT**:**Previous experience in the aviation or airport ground handling industry is mandatory.
**- Menzies Aviation- Swissport- PrimeFlight Aviation Services- AVEXPRESS- Worldwide Flight Services (WFS)- dnata- AGI (Alliance Ground International)- ATS- or other aviation service providers.Applications without relevant aviation industry experience will not be considered.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage supplier selection, negotiations, and contract administration.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, and other departments to support business needs.
- Lead procurement planning for multiple airport operations.
**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
- **Minimum 5 years of procurement experience within the aviation industry.
**:- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and procurement projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced communication and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ERP experience is preferred.
