UX/UI Designer (Product Design, Figma & User Experience)

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a
UX/UI Designer
to own the full product design lifecycle—from user research and wireframes to polished interfaces and developer-ready handoffs.
This is more than a visual design role. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly web and mobile experiences that improve usability, engagement, and conversion.
Responsibilities
User Research & Product Design
Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Create personas, user journeys, and user flows.
Analyze user behavior using tools like Hotjar, FullStory, or Google Analytics.
Translate insights into product improvements.
Wireframing & Prototyping
Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Build product flows using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
UI Design & Design Systems
Design responsive, modern user interfaces for web and mobile products.
Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
Ensure visual consistency across all product experiences.
Collaboration & Developer Handoff
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and QA teams.
Deliver developer-ready designs, specifications, assets, and documentation.
Support handoffs using Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, or similar tools.
Optimization & Accessibility
Improve onboarding flows, usability, and product engagement.
Design with WCAG accessibility standards and responsive best practices.




Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and A/B testing.
Required Experience & Skills
2+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and high-quality UI design.
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and design systems.
Strong understanding of user-centered design and accessibility principles.
Nice to Have
Experience designing SaaS, mobile, or e-commerce products.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Experience with analytics tools, user testing platforms, or enterprise design systems.
