As a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant your main responsibilities will consist of:- Not only supporting pupils educational development but also managing and supporting the classroom alongside the designated teacher- Creating a positive and engaging atmosphere in the classroom- Providing tailored assistance for SEND pupils- Monitoring students and reporting to designated teacher when needed- De-escalating behavioural conflicts and recognising good behaviour in accordance with the schools policiesTeaching Assistant Requirements:- Enhanced DBS (must be on the update service)- Relevant qualifications or experience- Willingness to complete relevant training continually when needed
