**Responsibilities**- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons for EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 pupils.
- Lead small group sessions and occasional whole-class teaching where required.
- Support pupils' learning, progress and classroom engagement.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupils' academic and personal development.
- Essential requirements- To be considered for this role,
applicants must:- Hold a minimum Level 4 HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Have recent experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting.
- Be confident delivering small group work and supporting classroom learning.
- Hold valid Safeguarding and Prevent training, or be willing to complete our free training prior to placement.
