**What will you do?
**:As a Sea Operations Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing international ocean freight shipments from origin to final delivery, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and an outstanding customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Coordinate and manage international ocean import and export shipments.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining close communication with customers regarding the status of their shipments.
- Maintain frequent communication with overseas offices and international agents to ensure smooth shipment coordination.
- Request and monitor shipment status with shipping lines, warehouses, and logistics partners.
- Coordinate with customs brokers to support customs clearance processes.
- Review, process, and manage shipping documentation related to ocean freight operations.
- Update shipment milestones, including ETA, ETD, ATA, and ATD, within CargoWise.
- Prepare cost estimations and issue customer invoices through CargoWise.
- Process, upload, and approve supplier invoices using the corresponding internal systems.




- Follow up with suppliers to obtain pending invoices and supporting documentation.
- Perform required ocean freight transmissions through Validacarga.
- Maintain accurate shipment files and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements.
- Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, customs brokers, suppliers, and international partners.
- Identify operational issues and provide timely solutions to ensure service excellence.
**What are we looking for?
**:**Required Qualifications**:- Minimum 2 years of experience in Ocean Freight Operations within a Freight Forwarder environment.
- Experience handling ocean import and/or export shipments.
- Knowledge of international logistics and freight forwarding operations.
- Experience coordinating with shipping lines, customs brokers, warehouses, and overseas agents.
- Experience using CargoWise or similar freight forwarding software.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken).
