Role Overview The Store Staff is responsible for preparing highquality products, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Key Responsibilities
Product Preparation Prepare tea drinks and desserts strictly following the brands Standard Operating Procedures SOP.
Customer Service Greet customers, take orders at the POS Cashier, and provide product recommendations.
Store Maintenance Maintain cleanliness in the workstation, service area, and dining area at all times.
Inventory Support Assist in receiving, counting, and restocking raw materials and supplies. Requirements
Experience Previous experience in customer service or FB is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Availability Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Education High school diploma Bachillerato completed.
LanguageSpanish, being able to speak English is a plus.
