Description The Junior Business Analyst supports the successful delivery of projects by bridging business needs with technical solutions. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, tracked, and effectively implemented. Responsibilities Responsibilities
Manage and support projects from planning through execution and delivery. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and software development teams.
Translate business needs and client requirements into clear, actionable software features.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures SOPs, project documentation, and dashboards throughout different platforms.
Monitor and follow up on KPI dashboards to track performance and outcomes.
Prepare and deliver reports, insights, and presentations to clients and internal teams
Explain the progress of the project to clients and internal teams. Requirements
Effective business communication skills in English written and verbal. Knowledge of statistical tools and data analysis. Familiarity with the creation, measurement, and control of Key Performance Indicators KPIs.




Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams. Earlycareer candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Desirables
