RUI is hiring Bilingual Retention Specialists Call Center with proven experience in customer retention, or collections. This role is adecuado for professionals who excel at handling objections, reducing cancellations, and driving customer loyalty in a fastpaced contact center environment. You will manage inbound retention calls, resolve customer concerns, and deliver effective solutions to retain customers and meet performance goals. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound retention calls and prevent customer cancellations
Apply negotiation and objectionhandling techniques
Meet and exceed retention KPIs and performance metrics
Document interactions using CRM systems
Requirements 1 year call center experience Retention, Collections, or Sales
Advanced English B2 C1 strong communication skills
Proven customer retention and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and navigate CRM tools
Fulltime availability
