This role is focused on generating incremental sales through proactive customer outreach, including reorders, replenishment, atonce business, followups from field visits, and ongoing account engagement. Success in this position requires strong phone presence, consistent outbound activity, and the ability to efficiently convert conversations into orders.
This position is nontraveling, with the exception of 1 2 tradeshows and company sales meetings 2 times per year.
Drive revenue through highvolume outbound calls and emails to assigned wholesale accounts
Support Regional Sales Managers RSMs and Territory Sales Representatives TSRs in executing sales initiatives
Generate incremental sales reorders, replenishment, atonce business, followups from field visits, and ongoing account engagement
Maintain consistent account touchpoints to ensure engagement and sales velocity
Convert outbound activity into booked orders using NuOrder, Shopify B2B, and HubSpot
Enter, manage, and modify wholesale orders ensure pricing,



discounts, terms, and payment settings are accurate
Maintain accurate account records, contacts, notes, and activity tracking in HubSpot
Collaborate with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Ops, and IT to resolve order or system issues
Support sales launches, promotions, and initiatives through accurate system execution
Participate in occasional tradeshows and company sales meetings 12 per year
