Were looking for a Staff Accountant to join the Finance team. In this role, you will perform multiple accounting functions within established deadlines, supporting accurate financial reporting across the companys growing portfolio of asset classes and geographies. You will report to the Director of Finance and collaborate with internal and outsourced finance and accounting staff. What Youll Do Calculate and book monthly entries related to Management Agreements, including revenue expense allocations, management fees, and related items.
Prepare allocation tables for indirect expenses and revenue items maintain Fixed Asset reimbursement entries.
Perform adhoc financial duties during monthend close, supporting the broader finance team as needed.
Assist with the reconciliation of tax filings against collected taxes.
Support the Financial Reporting Manager in satisfying annual audit requirements.
Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve financial reporting accuracy and scalability.
Requirements Education Experience Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.




2 of accounting experience with strong GAAP knowledge.
Skills Competencies Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Highly motivated and able to work independently with efficiency.
Proactive by nature, with the ability to act decisively when needed.
Team player committed to supporting colleagues and the broader organization.
Advanced english
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
Nice to Have Proficiency in NetSuite.
Experience with income audits or daily sales reports.
