Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement projects focused on increasing productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
- Conduct process, time, and method studies.
- Investigate manufacturing issues and develop effective solutions using root cause analysis and data-driven problem-solving tools .
- Design and/or collaborate in the development of manufacturing tools, fixtures, equipment, and devices .
- Prepare progress reports, performance indicators, and results for assigned projects.
- Develop and update Work Instructions, Flow Charts, and manufacturing process documentation .
- Participate in Engineering Changes (ECOs) and product/process deviations.
- Coordinate with external suppliers regarding quotations, part development, tooling, and equipment.
- Prepare purchase requisitions related to projects and department requirements.
- Train production personnel on new processes, work methods, and implemented improvements.
- Promote and ensure compliance with safety practices and continuous improvement initiatives .

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- More than 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or Continuous Improvement.
- Experience in manufacturing and production processes.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Experience preparing reports and presenting project results.
- Ability to work effectively with Production, Quality, Materials, and Management teams.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
