Serves as the technical resource to the Design, Manufacturing, Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, etc. Communities for electrical and mechanicalcomponent,materialsand related process support.

Directs Failure and Root Cause analysis and provide technicalassistancewith; material verification resolution, specificationor drawing exceptions, supplier issues, and manufacturing related issues for assigned technologies.

Identifies, evaluates, and recommends new components for new product development requirements and for improving existing manufacturing process yields. Uses independent judgment to make decisions in day-to-day job responsibilitiesthe majority ofthe time under general supervision.

What You Will Do:

- Understand preferred technologies, sources of supply, and acceptance criteria for multiple commodities.

- Apply techniques for the documentation and release of components,processesand design guidelinesin accordance withdepartment policies.

- Perform Failure and Root Cause Analysis of moderate complexity and corrective action as needed.

- Provide technicalassistancewithmaterial verification resolution, specification or drawing exceptions, supplier issues, and manufacturing related issues.

- Identify, evaluate, and recommend components,materialsand/or manufacturers for new product requirements and for improving existing manufacturing process yields.

- Analyzes parametric data, preference codes, and obsolescence prediction data for assigned projects.

- Design Engineering community support including design developmentassistance, interfacing, communication,componentapplication issue resolution,



and general question/issue resolution.

- General technical support including activities associated with Bidding/Negotiating, Data Collection, and Analysis. Report generation related to technical issues including but not limited to; Hazardous Material, fungus, shelf life, ESD, flammability, etc.

- Participate in cross-functional projects as a team member or subject matter contributor.

- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple U.S. locations, including participation in meetings and direct interaction with U.S.-basedleadership.

- Occasionaltravel to U.S. sites may berequiredto support team alignment, meetings, and cross-site collaboration activities.

Qualifications You Must Have:

- Typically requires an engineering bachelor’s degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience ORIn absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience isrequired

- ExcellentEnglish communication skills (written and spoken), with full professionalproficiencyrequiredto effectively engage in meetings and communicate with distributed teams and U.S.-based management.

Qualifications We Preferred:

- Basic knowledge of electrical principles and electronic components.

- Background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics

- Basic PowerPoint and Excel skills (including pivot tables)

- Experience with SAP and/or technical search tools.

- Ability to read technical drawings and datasheets.
