App Support Engineer Server Proficient

Requirements

- Hands-on experience in Windows Server administration.
- Familiar with VMware (vSphere/ESXi) and managing Hyper-V environments.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, basic routing.
- Experience in a production support or operations environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Basic XML knowledge
- Basic database skills (SQL fundamentals, simple queries).
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Scripting experience (PowerShell or equivalent) to automate routine tasks.

Responsibilities

- Effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software applications,



providing support and assistance to end users to ensure optimal operation, collaborating closely with other IT teams to identify and address issues, implementing solutions and improvements to applications according to business needs, optimizing application performance and availability through continuous monitoring and analysis, and providing training and technical documentation to promote self-learning and problem-solving by users.
