What you’ll do

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ranging from user-specific queries to large-scale system failures involving Python scripts or integrations.
- Oversee and enhance integrations between Zendesk and Python to guarantee consistent reliability and performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to our internal support systems.
- Document every support request in the ticketing system to ensure a comprehensive record of issues and their resolutions.
- Identify and elevate complex technical challenges to the relevant internal teams following established protocols.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with users throughout the troubleshooting process.
- Revise and update documentation and FAQ resources to empower users to solve common issues independently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint recurring issues and implement solutions to enhance overall system efficiency.

Requirements

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support capacity, preferably with enterprise applications.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Python, or general automation and scripting techniques.




- Strong analytical abilities to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration and user support.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting.

Nice to have

- Relevant certifications such as Zendesk Support Administrator or Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Experience in application development on platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, or McLeod.
- A professional background in logistics, freight, or transportation industries.
