We are looking to hire a Retail Sales Manager for our Aftermarket Division in México, this position can be located at Guadalajara or CDMX offices.

What you can look forward to as Retail Sales Manager?

- Lead national sales for B Divisions and drive new business development within the retail channel in Mexico, ensuring achievement of commercial and growth objectives.
- Develop, execute, and deliver the annual sales budget while ensuring alignment with ZFS’s Annual Business Plan.




- Design and implement commercial and demand-generation (pull) strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Technical Support, and other key functions.
- Lead strategic commercial negotiations and establish business plans with key customers and distributors to drive profitable growth.
- Oversee the performance of the distributor network, ensuring effective execution of commercial agreements and business commitments.
- Ensure proper documentation, safeguarding, and follow-up of commercial agreements and action plans with key distributors.
- Monitor market price competitiveness through the consolidation and analysis of wholesale and retail pricing benchmarks.

Your profile as Retail Sales Manager:

- Bachelor degree, master is prefered
- Strong Leadership skills
- Self-management
- Business English (all interviews in english)
