About the role TP Laser is hiring a Customer Support Team Lead to manage customs and logistics operations for Uber Freight Mexico. You will oversee the end-to-end movement of goods, ensuring that import and export processes remain efficient, compliant, and cost-effective.

What you’ll do

- Monitor and manage daily freight movements and customs operations.
- Coordinate the customs clearance process for all shipments.
- Handle and resolve OS&D; issues as they arise.
- Track performance metrics and KPIs.
- Maintain and audit digital files and internal process documentation.
- Support the growth of new client accounts.
- Analyze data and generate operational reports using Excel.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Foreign Trade.
- Proficiency in Mexican Customs legislation, international trade agreements, and customs regimes.




- Familiarity with IMMEX, PROSEC, Octava Rules, and Mexican Official Standards (NOM).
- Basic knowledge of tariff classification.
- Experience using pedimento capture systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).

Nice to have

- Intermediate English proficiency.
