What will you do in this role Manage fullcycle recruitment processes profile scoping, job posting, competencybased interviews, and candidate and client followup. Identify talent for key positions middle management, managerial, and executive levels. Perform competency assessments from designing interviews, tests, and psychometric evaluations to conducting reference checks and coordinating with internal departments. Provide strategic advice to clients regarding the labor market, profile adjustments, and attraction strategies. Engage with, manage, and report to international stakeholders.
