Position Qualifications

- 5+years of experiencein an architecture design firm
- 3+ years of experience in K‑12 specific experience
- Architectural License is required
- Demonstrate passion for design thinking
- Commitment to a community-driven process including unique engagement with stakeholders, teachers, students, and community members, and design for diversity, equity and inclusion
- Outstanding graphic presentation and verbal presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills




- Demonstrate expertise exploring and integrating sustainable design strategies
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management and mentoring skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of 3D modeling and documentation tools including Revit, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite
- General knowledge of the total project process including team management, schedule, and budget
