Performs molding management by supervising the molding team, establishes priorities in work schedules, and ensures proper running of equipment for full targeted output.

- 3 years of experience in Injection molding or similar (core process, processes as supervisor)
- Horizontal Molding Machines
- Electric molding machines
- scientific molding
- EPP
- LOTTO
- 5'S
- Handling of tools and measuring equipment.
- Plastic injection molding processes and equipment.
- Robot use (picker and Wittman).

Responsibilities

1. Analyze bottleneck constraints
2. Develop action plans for productivity
3. Implement 4B operational efficiency
4.



Reduce process scrap and release
5. Improve times and movements
6. Update ergonomic studies
7. Review control plan
8. Establish process review routines
9. Tooling assembly and disassembly procedure
10. Certification of operators by assembly teams
11. Support to other areas of the plant
12. EHS monitoring of policies, regulations, and initiatives

Daily Activities

1. Attention to priorities in the corresponding area
2. Updating and implementation of area documentation
3. Follow-up on area requirements
4. Monitoring, analysis, and support for problems generated by the manufacturing process through the application of problem-solving tools
5. Training and certification of personnel involved in the area
6. Interdepartmental meetings

Continuous Improvement

1. Consumables plan for fixtures
2. Support for KAIZEN events
3. Implementation of 5S culture
