As an Oracle Fin (GL, AP, AR)- Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement Oracle software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize their operational efficiency. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills across various Oracle applications to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively
Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications
Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
Developing training materials to enhance client understanding and application of Oracle systems
Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality client service engagements
Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and connections
Applying technical consultation skills to support Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and E‑Business Suite implementations
Engaging in business process modeling to align Oracle solutions with client business models
Confirming data integrity and compliance within Oracle application frameworks
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Experience in the RTR Process
What Sets You Apart
Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E‑Business Suite and Oracle CRM
Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
Developing training materials for Oracle‑related projects
Implementing technology solutions in business application consulting
Excelling in project architecture and budgeting within Oracle environments
Embracing change and emerging technologies in client support roles
