Position SummaryWe are seeking highly motivated, goal-oriented, problem-solvers to join our Loan Servicing Team. Our Loan Servicing Agents make outbound calls to collect past due accounts for loans from 10-150 days past due and maintenance fee past due accounts.In our fast-paced, exciting environment, your day will consist of various inbound/outbound call scenarios ranging from assisting with payments, adding cards on autopay, and negotiating the best payment arrangements for our members. Agents are required to collect 10 payments a day and make a minimum of 200 outbound calls a day. The right candidate for this position matches the quality of our resorts – 5 diamonds!Pay InformationØ Loan Servicing Agent (Bilingual Spanish & English) - $20,000 - $23,000 Pesos monthly + monthly bonus which can range from $2,000-$13,000 pesos.
