We're looking for a detail-oriented IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst to join our integral Infrastructure & Cybersecurity team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals across Mexico and Latin America who enjoy working with enterprise technologies, ITSM platforms, and process improvement while collaborating with teams across the United States.
What You'll Be Doing Own the complete lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets.
Maintain the CMDB and ensure inventory accuracy across multiple systems.
Coordinate laptop deployments, hardware refreshes, onboarding, and asset tracking.
Manage software licenses, renewals, and compliance.
Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve IT Asset Management processes.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Service Desk, Security,



Procurement, and business stakeholders.
What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Infrastructure Support.
Experience with ITSM platforms such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management .
Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis skills.
Experience working with CMDBs, asset inventories, and software licensing.
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID is a plus.
ITIL Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain) is an advantage.
Professional English communication skills (written and verbal) .
