As an HR Advisor supporting the Latin America HR Hub in Guanajuato, Mexico, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations. Your work will focus on managing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining accurate personnel records, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and responding to employee inquiries. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and local management to deliver efficient and compliant HR services while ensuring adherence to Mexican labor regulations. Through your expertise and attention to detail, you will help maintain a positive employee experience and operational excellence across the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Manage administrative activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and termination processes.
Maintain accurate employee data, digital personnel files, and HR records within HRIS platforms while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, coordinating enrollments, updates, and employee inquiries.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and general HR processes.
Generate HR reports and metrics, including employee demographics, turnover, and absenteeism, to support business decision-making.
Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, social security regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
2–4 years of professional experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Shared Services, or HR Generalist roles.
Hands-on experience working with HRIS platforms (preferably Workday) and payroll administration processes.
Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, social security regulations, employment documentation requirements and process auditing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
Effective communication skills with a customer-service orientation and high attention to detail.
