Responsibilities
As US Payroll Analyst your functions would consist of:

Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Sales

Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfillment of requirements

Capture information in payroll systems.

Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations.

Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance

Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery

Responsible for proper escalation for daily resolution issues

Deliver services at the defined SLAs/KPIs.

Continue communication and support with local functional teams.

Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field





Experience

Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)

Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Strong English oral and written communication skills

Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills

Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process

Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
