Job Title: Trainee Technical Analyst (C++/OOP)

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico

We are looking for enthusiastic graduates with excellent English communication skills and knowledge or experience in C++ and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) who are eager to build a career as a Technical Analyst.

What You'll Do

- Participate in an intensive 8–10 week onsite training program in Guadalajara.
- Learn the technical and functional responsibilities of a Technical Analyst, with a focus on C++ and business applications.
- Upon successful completion of the training, you will be deployed as a full-time Technical Analyst with our client.

Compensation & Benefits

- Training Period: MXN $2,000 per week stipend.
- Post Training: MXN $18,000 gross per month plus employee benefits.
- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) after completing the training.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of or hands-on experience with C++ and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Strong English communication skills (professional level).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a Technical Analyst role.
- Able to attend onsite training in Guadalajara for 8–10 weeks.
