Job Title: Trainee Business Analyst

Location: Guadalajara, MexicoWe are looking for enthusiastic graduates with excellent English communication skills who are eager to build a career as a Business Analyst. If you have a bachelor's degree and a willingness to learn functional business analysis, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

- Participate in an intensive 8-10 week onsite training program in Guadalajara.
- Learn Business Analysis concepts, functional responsibilities, and industry best practices.
- Upon successful completion of the training, you will be deployed as a full-time Business Analyst with our client.

Compensation & Benefits

- Training Period: MXN $2,000 per week stipend.
- Post Training: MXN $18,000 gross per month plus employee benefits.




- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) after completing the training.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong English communication skills (professional level).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a Business Analyst role.
- Able to attend onsite training in Guadalajara for 8-10 weeks.
