Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the chemical packaging plant.
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, safety, quality control, and logistics.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations related to chemical handling and packaging.
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to achieve production goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D;, and procurement to meet customer requirements and market demands.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures to achieve profitability targets.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to assess performance and drive operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and employee development.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.




- Proven experience in a senior management role within chemical packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of chemical packaging processes, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
- Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management.
- Ability to drive organizational change and implement best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and ERP systems; familiarity with SAP or similar software is preferred.
- Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement.
