Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Civil & Structural Engineer with 8 10 years of experience in industrial structural design. Must have expertise in STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, U.S. design codes, and designing industrial buildings, machine foundations, and pipe racks.

Title: Civil & Structural Engineer

Location: St. Louis, MO

Key Responsibilities

- Design and analyze industrial steel and concrete structures.
- Review and validate 2D drawings and 3D structural models.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, construction teams, and project stakeholders.
- Verify field measurements and collect as-built data.
- Prepare structural design calculations and technical documentation.




- Estimate engineering effort for project proposals.
- Participate in client meetings and present engineering deliverables.
- Support industrial projects including process buildings, non-process buildings, machine foundations, pipe racks, warehouses, and water-retaining structures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 8 10 years of structural engineering experience.
- Strong experience in industrial building design and structural analysis.
- Hands-on experience with STAAD Pro, RAM Connection, and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of U.S. structural design codes and standards.
- Experience with brownfield/plant expansion projects.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience working on Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or industrial manufacturing projects.
