Job Description:

We are seeking a Controls Design Engineer BMS with strong experience in designing and implementing Building Management Systems (BMS) and Facility Management Systems (FMS) for data centers and facility infrastructure. The idóneo candidate will support system design, integration, testing, commissioning, and cross-functional engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop BMS/FMS control systems for HVAC, UPS, generators, lighting, security, and facility infrastructure.
- Prepare control system drawings, I/O lists, sequences of operation, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Design and integrate PLC-based control systems using relays and communication protocols such as Modbus, TCP/IP, and SNMP.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, architectural, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Support system integration,



Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and startup activities.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot control system issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in Controls Engineering, Building Management Systems (BMS), or Facility Management Systems (FMS).
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure controls, HVAC controls, and facility automation systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, relays, and communication protocols including Modbus, TCP/IP, and SNMP.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
